Our Policy
Guarantee
Our service providers work very hard to ensure each guest is 100% happy with their new look before leaving the salon. While we do not offer refunds on services, we kindly offer a 7 day grace period for every service. Reach out to us within the grace period if you are unhappy and your stylist will happily offer a re-do service at no charge. Failure to contact us regarding your disapproval of your services before the 7 day grace period may result in full service charges for any services rendered. 

Cancellation Policy
Appointments are strongly encouraged, though we do accept walk-ins when possible. We look forward to meeting you in the not too distant future. Southern Roots Salon is 100% committed to holding your preferred reservation date and time. In an effort to ensure the same 100% commitment from our guests we do kindly request a TWO DAY notice of cancellation. In the event you are unable to cancel at least two days in advance you could be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We know some day-to-day issues are unavoidable so we do consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

No Show Policy
Please understand that when a guest doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment—the Stylist and salon do not have an opportunity to replace the appointment. A “No Show” results in a direct loss of income for both the Stylist and the salon. To avoid this, we have a very strict No Show policy. Should you no show for a reserved appointment more than one time—you will be subject to a charge to your credit card for the full appointment amount. We review each situation carefully and it is our desire not to ever enforce this. Please don’t make us enforce this policy and simply do the right thing and cancel at least 2 days prior your reserved visit.  at least two your appointment.
